CUSTOM RUG PROGRAM
Exotic Weaves is committed to offering its clients the perfect area rug for their space. We offer some of the highest quality, hand-knotted, Tibetan rugs available - made from plush wools and rich silks. We have developed a designer Custom Rug Kit that will help you in creating your perfect rug, and our design technology can assist in changing color ways and design elements so you can see your creation come to life. Best of all, we can generally deliver rugs to you in 8-12 weeks (sizes up to 9'x12').
We are dedicated in assisting you and offer many choices when desiging your custom rug:
- 60 - 120 Knot construction (cut pile, closed loop, tiered piles, etc.)
100% Wool and/or silk available -
Any size (up to 30' x 60') and shape possible (rounds, ovals, runners, assymetrical)
- Custom Color Matching
SIMPLE THREE STEP PROCESS
Designing a rug with Exotic Weaves is a simple three step process. Submit your design or modify one of our existing line drawings by making color, design, or size changes. We will first provide you with a quote, and once your design has been finalized, our designers will provide you with a line drawing and color rendering for your review and approval. The simple three step process has been summarized and illustrated below.

Submit one of your own drawings or revise one of our designs using our line drawing worksheets. Our design team is also available for assistance.

A line drawing and a color rendering, confirming your rug’s dimensions, design elements and color choices, will be provided for approval.
